Data you provide. When you complete our contact and appointment forms, your name, telephone number, e-mail address and the information you write in the message field are sent to us. If you share details about your health in the message field, that information is recorded as well; we therefore recommend sharing only what you consider necessary for your enquiry. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place over WhatsApp’s own infrastructure.
Data collected automatically. For security and error tracking, our web server keeps technical records such as IP address, browser type, time of visit and the pages viewed. If you leave a comment on the site, the information in the comment form together with your IP address and browser details is stored for spam moderation.
