This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about how the personal data you share through our website and communication channels is processed.

Personal data processed
When you complete the contact and appointment forms on our website or write to us on WhatsApp, the following data is processed:
- Identity data: first name and surname
- Contact data: telephone number, e-mail address
- Content of your request: the information you write in the message field and the treatment you express interest in
- Transaction security data: technical records such as IP address, browser information and the time the form was submitted
If you share information about your health in the message field, that information falls within the scope of special categories of personal data. You are not required to share such information through the form; details about your health are addressed during the consultation.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
Your data is processed in order to respond to your appointment and information requests, to contact you, to provide information about our services and to fulfil obligations arising from legislation. The legal bases are: direct relevance to the establishment or performance of a contract under Art. 5/2-(c), compliance with a legal obligation under Art. 5/2-(ç), and legitimate interest under Art. 5/2-(f) of the KVKK. If you share health data through the form, that data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 6 of the KVKK; ticking the consent box on the form expresses that consent.
Transfer of data
Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with our website hosting, form infrastructure and e-mail service providers. Apart from this, transfers are made to authorised public institutions only where legally required. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Requests submitted through the form are kept for a reasonable period after the related enquiry is completed and are then deleted. Records subject to a statutory retention obligation are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation. Health records relating to consultation and treatment processes are retained for the periods prescribed by health legislation.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request deletion or destruction of the data,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your requests by e-mail to info@cahitvural.com or in writing to the address given above. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Clearly stating your name, contact details and the subject of your request speeds up the process.
