PRP APPLICATION (Platet rich plasma)

It would be very appropriate to say health that comes with one’s own blood for PRP application. It is certain that we invest in the future on behalf of our skin with Prp application. Prp process, which is used for healing in many fields of medicine, has been used in the cosmetic sector for a long time. It is the process of separating platelets (platelets) by passing the blood taken from the person through a special centrifuge system.

Platelets, also known as platelets, are blood components that contain the “growth factors” necessary to repair damaged tissues in our body and return them to their natural state. When any damage occurs in our tissues, our blood starts a repair process by collecting platelets in this tissue, and the purpose of PRP application is to provide this target tissue with a much larger number of platelets than can be transported by the blood circulation, so that the repair of the damaged tissue starts so quickly and strongly and results more quickly. Because the density of platelets obtained with PRP is 2 to 4 times higher than in blood.

Stem cell and PRP treatment are different from each other. Stem cell therapy or cellular therapy means the introduction of new cells into a damaged organ to treat an injury or disease. In PRP application, platelets are used as a factor that initiates and stimulates repair for the repair of damaged tissue.

Prp procedure applied on the skin can be applied in fine lines, as a support for spot treatment, in the treatment of stretch marks in the body, for a bright and healthy skin. It stimulates fibroblasts in the skin to synthesise new elastin collagen.

Prp can be applied as a support to treatment in androgenetic alopecia (hormone-dependent hair loss), seasonal hair loss, and all other systemic hair loss conditions. PRP prolongs the life span of cells by activating signalling pathways in the scalp, stimulates the production phase in the hair cycle and increases the vascular network around the hair follicles.

At least 6 sessions should be applied at intervals of 10-15 days according to the needs of the person. If the physician deems it necessary, it can be done together with mesotherapy products. Slight redness after the application is normal, the area should not be washed that day after the procedure.

Prp application is not performed in pregnant women, nursing mothers, people taking blood thinners, collagen tissue diseases and chronic infection patients.
