Professional Skin Care

Our skin is the largest organ of the human body. It covers our whole body and is a living, feeling cover that reacts to all kinds of emotions. For example, it reacts differently in cold or hot weather or as a result of malnutrition. Do we give the necessary importance and care to such an important organ? When we say skin, almost all of us perceive it as taking care of our facial area, but our body expects the same importance and care from us.

When we say professional skin care, it is very important to get help from the experts of the business first.

There are different needs and care according to skin types. In our clinic, we first determine the skin age of the people who consult us, this is an important detail, our biological age and skin age may often differ. The skin age of our patients who consult us is sometimes much older than their biological age and sometimes much younger. We offer personalised programmes in our clinic, first of all, regardless of the skin type (mixed, oily, normal, dry), we start by cleaning the skin, when we say cleaning, we are talking about the deep purification of the pores in a professional sense, the most discussed issue today, which our patients who consult us are also curious about, should we squeeze the blackheads on our skin?

While performing professional skin care of the pores on our skin, of course, we should clean both closed comedones (milia) and blackheads. However, what is important here is that this cleaning is purified under hygienic conditions of the pore on the skin that passes through the appropriate stages during professional care. Otherwise, since the clogged pores will prevent the oxygenation of the skin, the skin cannot be renewed and the oil and dirt layer accumulated in these clogged pores causes acne formation. What is important here is that the pores should never be squeezed with nails at home. In this way, the possibility of stains and scars on the skin is high.

In our clinic, we use skin care with conservative methods as little as possible (these methods can sometimes be used according to the needs of the skin. In our clinic, we prefer the new generation hydra facial device that cleans the pores untouched. With this device, all pores are scanned in depth with a gentle but effective (vortex) vacuuming system using disposable sterile heads. Depending on the condition of the skin, it can be applied as a cure or a single session of cleaning may be sufficient.

After the cleaning stage, again taking into account the age and need of the skin by the specialist, if there is sagging on the skin or if we want to make a wide face look thinner, we can use hifu systems, we provide tightening and shaping of the skin by stimulating the muscle layer called smas under the dermis with ultrasonic waves.

We apply various methods based on the condition and history of the skin blemishes, which are the most frequently applied to us by our clients while providing professional care. Before starting these treatments, we prefer the application of disposable cosmelan (a mask applied under the control of a doctor that stays on the skin for 8-10 hours) in case the person cannot come to regular weekly cures. As we get satisfactory results with this application, I also prefer laser treatments depending on the condition of the stain. Especially in seborrheic keratosis (age spots) or deep (scar) scars after acne, laser treatments are very suitable.

Another application that is frequently preferred by clients in professional skin care is dermapen, dermapen increases the effectiveness of treatment by increasing the amount of absorption of products thanks to the automatic and vibrating needling technique. The passage of cosmetic products used after the application through the skin increases 200 times compared to normal skin absorption. Thus, the effectiveness of cosmetic products is considerably increased

Redness may occur on the skin on the first day after fractional microneedling (Dermapen) application. It is necessary to use sunscreen. Depending on the severity of the problem, the treatment to be applied to the patient is performed one session every 7-15 days.

The most important and final stage after the applications is the moisturising stage of the skin that the person should continue in daily life, which varies according to the structure of this skin, most of the time using moisturising cream and sometimes using moisture masks, especially in dry skin, are applications made by loading intense moisture. While doing this moisturising process, we should not neglect our legs, arms and hands, which dry out especially in winter months.

Since the skin that is moisturised regularly and correctly will be protected from free radicals (air pollution, sun, etc.), the aging effects of the skin will be delayed.
