What are the methods used in nasal tip aesthetics and how long does the procedure take?
Several different methods can be used and the duration varies according to the method to be applied. These are;
Nasal tip aesthetics with filling method : It is a method performed by injecting hyaluronic acid under the skin. The procedure takes about 15 minutes. Its permanence is between 6-8 months. It can be returned to social life on the same day.
Nose tip aesthetics with thread : This method is applied with certain suture materials from the tip of the nose to between the eyebrows in order to lift the tip of the nose. The procedure takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Its permanence is between 12-18 months. You can return to social life on the same day.
Surgical method : It is applied in two ways It can be done with a small incision from the tip of the nose with an open technique or it can be done with a closed technique by exposing the nose tip with an incision that is not visible at all. In revision patients, if there is no problem in the bone structure, nasal tip shaping can be performed by touching only the tip of the nose. In some cases, cartilage may be needed and cartilage can be taken from the ear or rib. Whether the cartilage is sufficient or not is decided by examination.
What to pay attention to after nasal tip aesthetics?
